    This issue is in good condition for being near 100 years old, color is good with minor marks, tears and small missing pieces. The attached video is the very best description available. This is a one of several issues we will be listing over the next few months. If you have any questions or are looking for other issues let me know and if I have them I will list them.    This particular issue is almost never up for sale and is scarce by any standards . This book is in good condition with marks, tears and small missing pieces along edge. A dealer stamp is on inside page. Paper quality is very good, text is complete but missing back cover. 

  This book is one of a large collection we are placing on our eBay store of rarely available items and books.  The book is one of the many rarely seen items that we will be offering over the next few months from a collectors estate sale. Once these are gone how long before you will see them come up again. Once a collector buys them they go right back into a vault somewhere.
