 Scarce, rare or just call it hard to come by they just aren't out there in this very good condition for the type of paper and age. Very few of these are around.  This particular issue is rarely seen and almost never up for sale .  This story paper is in good condition with wear to edges, small tears, small pieces missing along edge. All type is visible and readable.  A dealer stamp is on inside page. Story Paper quality is  good and complete. 

  This book is one of a large collection we are placing on our Ebay store of rarely available items and books.  The book is one of the many rarely seen items that we will be offering over the next few months from a collectors estate sale. Once these are gone how long before you will see them come up again. Once a collector buys them they go right back into a vault somewhere.
