 Scarce, rare or just call it hard to come by they just aren't out there in this condition.  I tried to find a copy online I could not find any. This particular issue is never seen  up for sale . This book is in good condition with minor marks,tears and small missing pieces along edge and spine. The main flaw is that pages 99, 100 advertisement and back cover are facsimiles.  A dealer stamp is on inside page. Paper quality is very good and complete. 

  This book is one of a large collection we are placing on our Ebay store of rarely available items and books.  The book is one of the many rarely seen items that we will be offering over the next few months from a collectors estate sale. Once these are gone how long before you will see them come up again. Once a collector buys them they go right back into a vault somewhere.
