THE VERY BEST DESCRIPTION IS THE VIDEO ABOVE. ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING PLEASE. This book is in good condition with chips, tears, small pieces missing and spine is lacking and back cover is missing.

   Scarce, rare or just call it hard to come by they just aren't out there in this good condition, the major flaw of missing back and font covers. This particular issue is rarely seen and almost never up for sale . This book is in very good condition with little wear other then slight reading. Original owners hand drawings on inside cover.  A dealer stamp is on inside page. Paper quality is very good and complete. 

  This book is one of a large collection we are placing on our eBay store of rarely available items and books.  The book is one of the many rarely seen items that we will be offering over the next few months from a collectors estate sale. Once these are gone how long before you will see them come up again. Once a collector buys them they go right back into a vault somewhere.
