   This is from a collection of 8 Frank Tousey issues that are extremely scarce that I bought in 2000. A full type black and white cover with text inside. That it features one of his most successful detective character. The book has wear, chipping and some stress on spine split but in over all good condition.   A rare find to be sure in this condition or any condition for that matter. ( See Scan for complete details)
